The current experience does not require account creation. If accounts are added later, separate terms may apply.
Game assets, audio, and other content are owned by Spectral Signal or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive no ownership rights in the game.
We may modify or discontinue features without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
If you provide feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide license to use it without obligation.
The game may rely on third-party services (e.g., hosting, analytics, email delivery). Their terms and privacy practices apply to those services.
The game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spectral Signal will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising from your use of the game.
You agree to indemnify and hold Spectral Signal harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the game or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, when appropriate, provide notice in the app or on our site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
